For the nominal fee of $45 we will set up a secure Pay Per Project account where you download the contract plans and/or specs for a specific project for your own use. You only pay for the projects that you want to view. No membership necessary.

Additionally we are offering a Premium Pay Per Project Option if you want to be made aware of bid date changes, new addenda, confirmed bidders and plan holders lists while the project is actively bidding for an additional $25.
