Active contractors licensed by the California State License Board (CSLB), dealer or manufactures of building projects (including land surveyors and testing laboratories).

- Membership in the Central California Builders Exchange (referred to hereinafter as the “Exchange”) is on an annual basis. After the first year of Membership a prorated adjustment will be made to coordinate with the annual billing cycle of the Exchange, from July 1 through June 30.
- The Exchange offers two levels of Membership: (1) Regular Membership and (2) Associate Membership.
- Annual Membership dues may be paid fully, in advance.
- I understand that all new Members of the Exchange must also pay an additional $150 initial member fee for the first year of Membership. This fee must be paid in advance.
- I understand that all Members of the Exchange who would like access to the Online Plan Room must also pay an additional $200 initial set-up fee. This fee must also be paid in advance.
- I understand that Associate Members are required to pay an additional fee of $400 per year to have access to the plan room.
- I understand and agree that all paid Membership dues and fees paid are nonrefundable.
- I understand that membership shall remain in effect until I resign in writing.
- I understand that my membership will be cancelled if delinquent charges are not paid for a period of 90 days and that outstanding balances will be turned over to a collection agency.
